Can't top up, and can't login now

I couldn’t top up my card this morning, it said there was a problem and to try later, so I logged out and tried to log back in. It says there is a problem. I reinstalled the latest version of the app from apple store and still have the same problem. I am running IOS 10.1.1

“We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later”

Why is this happening?

I’m seeing exactly the same. Before logging out and uninstalling/reinstalling the app was also showing an incorrect GBP balance.

Same here- can’t top up,can’t add a new card…

made a contactless payment half a hour before - successfull. Cant see it in the app right now

Seems to have been resolved, can top up now and a general message has been sent in the help channel …

I had some connectivity problems earlier today also. Everything is working fine now, can you try and login again ?
