Can't sign up using Revolut application.

Just one question, how can I go to the app chat?

1.Click on your account name in the top left corner of your screen
2.Open the ‘Help’ section
3.Scroll down until you see the ‘Requests’ subsection
4.Click ‘Start new chat’ or continue with an ongoing chat (chat bubble icon)

From your mobile app:
1.Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top left corner of your screen
2.Open the 'Help’ menu
3.Scroll down until you see the ‘Chat to us’ subsection
4.Select ‘New chat’ or continue with an ongoing chat (chat bubble icon)

Oh but for that I would need to have an active account right?
I don’t have one since I put Mexico as residence, I think. It just says you took the first step to open your account

Hi!

I’ve been signed out of my account and when signing in again it keeps bouncing back to the initial screen and cannot press anything. It does send a confirmation e-mail, I click on the link and then freezes.

The same, can’t login into Revolut App on iPhone, after entering passcode the initial login screen with Revolut advertisements loads again.

Nothing help:

  1. Reloaded phone.
  2. Reinstalled app.
  3. Clearing cache, cookies, etc.

Is Revolut blocked my metal account/card? If so, why I’m not get any messages into email?
How to login into my account? Paid annually 12 months metal…

I have the same thing, at some point I was thrown out of the app and can’t log in to my account.
I get stuck at the login screen and I can’t go any further
Everything works in the web version.
Please escalate this problem, it looks like something very serious

I have the same problem on my iphone. I just added money. When I tried to buy some crypto, it asked me to update the app. I updated the app and cannot login again! Tried using sms and email nothing received from revolut… is your support working 24/7 ? please let me know how to get back in! Thanks.

I already have tried to login with email, and also by the computer, and didn’t work.
In the computer, when I try to log in, appears a message: “Something went wrong. Try again in a few minutes.”

I need to access my account, all of my money is there.
I will wait for some answer.

Hello kindly help me, I’ve been trying to log in to my revolut account since last night but it’s impossible… the app isn’t working and the web isn’t working… I can’t even contact the customer support… I sent emails already but I’ve got no response yet… please kindly help … I need to have access to money to pay bills… I even reached out on Twitter but no response.

My girlfriend use my invitation link, then downloaded a Revolut app, signed up, and there is a message “awesome, you took the first step to open your account” and only two options: invite friends and log out

So already 5 days past and nothing change, what is the maximum time of waiting? How to solve this problem? We will need Revolut in 3 days!

Once the invitee clicks on the referral link, they will be asked to enter their phone number and select “Sign up now”. After that, they will need to follow the usual steps such as downloading the Revolut app, signing up again with their phone number, creating a 4-digit passcode, and verifying their account using the verification code sent via SMS.

During the registration if she is getting the message “awesome, you took the first step to open your account”, please suggest her to log out and log back in to finalize the registration. :pray:
