Can't sign in / Can't validate my address



I’d like to create an account so I downloaded the app. But I’m stuck at the second step. I entered my address but I can’t go further since I have an error message 'Please fill all fields in the form".
I have filled all fields.

I couldn’t find how to contact the chat support if I don’t have an account already.
Has anyone had the same issue? And if so, how did you managed to solve it?

Just had an answer from the team.
It was because of the accent in the address.

Yes, I think you contacted me on Facebook. Just to clarify that the app does not support accents on the letters, users have to use English alphabet.
