I’m inputting a UK mobile (but travelling overseas currently) to try the initial sign up from both a mobile and PC … but can’t get past the “Oops something went wrong” message … let me know please.
If your app is up to date it can mean that there is some glitch now. Just try again after some time.
Maybe the UK number you’re using is not allowed. Are you sure it’s proper mobile number, not a virtual one?
Could you tell me how virtual is virtual? This is a business forwarding mobile service from a service provider …
That could be the problem. Use a number from a normal network such as O2, EE, Giffgaff, Vodafone, 3, Tesco Mobile etc.
