I am going abroad for 8 months and had some questions about the card, bank transfers, and other services prior to leaving. Unfortunately, the FAQ didn’t cover all of them and for some the FAQ was vague. So I wanted to speak to support. I have been waiting to chat with in-app support live for about 17 hours. This is frustrating! I know it would be too good to have a phone number I could call and talk to someone, but is there a an e-mail address to which I can send my questions?
