Can't create virtual card

Hi,
i can’t create a virtual card because the app crash when i have to take a picture of my identity card.
Now i have 10€ that i can’t spend, and can’t be refund…

You can upload the document through the in-app support chat (located in the More tab of the app) to get verified :wink:
