Can't add Revolut card (virtual or physical) to Paypal, Ebay or Uber

Hi! For some reason I can’t add any of the cards to Ebay (says that type of card can’t be used), Paypal (card address mismatch - although they are the same) and Uber (unknown reason)

Is there anything that I’m doing wrong?
