Cant Activate my Card


It says “Reviewing your documents, it takes up to 10 minutes” for 10 days now!

I cant gain my PIN. Please help!

Thanks Costin. Still, it would be proper if an error message would appear, asking me to resend the documents. I’m waiting for 10 days.

Am having the same issue - am finding the support team extremely unhelpful. Same issues with verifying identity
