Can't activate my card

I’ve uploaded my documents (passport) for verification. And it says the confirmation is just within 10 mins, but I’ve waited for 2,3 days. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance!!

Hey Law, try and contact the in app chat. Type “live agent” to get a hold of a customer service representative.

Hello eveyrone.
Same problem here, I sent all the documents required in the chat last week but still no answer from the support (I also tried to get in touch with a live agent but no success, again)
