Cant access my account

I cannot access my account as I accidently deleted the revolut app, and had changed my number. When I re-downloaded the app I tried to link my old account to my new number, to do this it asked me to confirm it was my account by topping up the account from a bank account in my name. I did this and it didn’t work. I have tried to contact in app support, but it keeps saying support will take 24 hours everytime I try, this has been going on for 2 weeks now. I am away travelling and really need the use of this card, if anyone can help?
