Can't access account after it has been blocked for ID verification


A while ago my account was blocked and ID verification was required. After I sent the picture of my ID to Revolut, it was never verified even after many tries of contacting the in-app support. After some time, I could not access the support at all anymore, therefore I thought reinstalling the app would help. After I did that, the app asked me to put in my phone number, and once i did that, a pin code, after which a message like “something went wrong. Try again later” would always come up. What should I do?
