Cannot verify my card

I tried to add a new card via the app - I entered the code and photographed my card but it kept telling me it was wrong (it wasn’t) and now my account is locked and support chat on the app does not answer (I’ve been waiting over half an hour).

Can someone help please as I go on holiday tomorrow and need this fixed. I don’t have twitter so can’t contact there which seems to have worked for other people.
