Cannot verify identity UK

I am trying to verify my identity but the process is failing. I’ve tried taking it in different light levels so they license can be scanned.

Hey, if you can’t get it to work then you can contact in app support and submit your details manually. It will take more time but it will be done.

Some UK users are automatically verified once they top up the first time with their debit card. Maybe that will work for you :slight_smile:
