Cannot verify identity & all payments pending & no reply from support

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has the same issue?
My validation is ongoing for a week now and still not completed.
I contacted support via the app many times but have no reply so far.

Meanwhile all my incoming payments get into status “Pending” some of them being in this status for almost a month.
What happens to these payments?
Do they bounce back to the originating sender?

Having the same issue - 3 days and validation ongoing with no reply at all from support.

[Update] Contacted by a member of the compliance team, issue resolved.

Having the same problem over here. Already received the card and can’t even use it even though I’ve topped the account with 50 euros. The card shipping was 20 Euros. No response anywhere since I opened the account. Not sure what to do.
