Cannot type in chat



I contacted support by the app chat, but during the weekend I could not answer the support questions because I was unable to type in the chat box (the keyboard did not appear) when a notification in the top of the screen said that costumer support is closed (screenshot of the notification globe). Today, Monday, there is not globe notification and I can type in the chat.

During the weekend our support team is available from 12:00 to 18:00 UKT. While support chat is closed the offline banner appeared, and users are not able to type until our support team is again available.

Thank you for the clarification, but in such case, I suggest to modify the globe notification, where it says “enter your question…” because is not possible to type.
