Cannot top up or access account details URGENT


I get an “Oops something went wrong” message when I try to top up my account.
Tried a bank transfer as Plan B but I get an “account details not available at the moment” message.
I have an international payment to make today which is going to cost a lot if I have to do it from my UK Account.
Anyone have any ideas?
