Cannot top up - get blank screen

I’m not able to top up. I enter the amount, then the card details, then after pressing continue I get a blank screen with title “Verification” and all I can do is cancel.
I have already tried, reopening the app, reinstalling it, tried with different internet connection.
In-app support also doesn’t seem to be helping - it just keeps thinking that blank screen shows when I try to verificate the profile (even though I wrote that it’s during top up) and give me answers to different problems, not the one I’m having.
I’m using a Mastercard, phone is Oneplus 3T, Android 8.0.0

I am also having the same problem (Xiaomi Mi Mix, Android 8.0.0). There’s workaround I just discovered: go to help chat and go back to account page. It should display correctly now
