I am not receiving the SMS with the login code. I also tried with Phone call, no luck.
I had this problem about year ago, but after few app updates, it was fixed back then. And now after the last update, the problem is present again.
I tried to contact the support via the app, but until an agent respond, the support chat getting “reset” and can’t continue to chat with the agent who actually responded, so I need to explain the problem all over again to a new agent. It is ridiculous and annoying.
Looking forward to fix this problem.
