Give these troubleshooting methods a shot and see if they work for you:

  • Make sure your network connection is solid. If it’s weak, try switching your phone to airplane mode and then back to normal mode to refresh it.
  • Verify if there are any SMS filtering settings or applications installed on your phone.
  • Double check that your phone’s inbox isn’t packed.
  • You can also try putting the SIM card into a different phone to see if the problem is with the phone itself.

If you’re unable to receive SMS messages, you can select the email option instead. If you let the time run out on the ‘Resend code’ option, select ‘Resent code’ and opt for the ‘email verification method’.

To get started, you’ll need to verify your email first. Just tap on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the app, then go to ‘Account’, ‘Personal details’, and finally ‘Email’. Once you’re there, simply tap the ‘Verify’ button in the email you received. If you can’t find it in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam folder too.
