Cannot login to account

Please help!

I cannot login to my Revolut account and have been through all the steps as advised.

Summary: a switched device (which meant a new number) and when I went to activate the app, I forgot my passcode. I also do not have access to my original device anymore.

I have followed all the steps for lost access to phone number, lost access to email and I have uploaded a selfie and ID document… but I still don’t receive an email on next steps.

I urgently need access to my account and have provided different options for proof of identification but without speaking to an actual customer service agent over the phone, I have no clue what the status is.

You could just try contacting :r: [by using social media] if the other methods you have used have not worked for you.
