Cannot login into revolut - Urgent

Hi, yesterday I made some purchases in ebay using my revolut card whitout any problem. However, today I tried to make one purchase (three times) and all of them were declined. Then, I verified that my card was frozen, i dont know why. Some minutes later, my physical card disappeared from cards section (once again, no idea why this happened). Then, the support suggest me to logout and login, but now, there is an error when i try to login with my phone number. Can someone help me? It is quite urgent.
Android version: 4.9.1 (the latest one on google play store)

Yeah, having the same problem, tried reinstalling and now I can’t even enter in my phone number to get into my account, shocking.

Had the same issue but seems to have been solved 1min ago! I’ne just looged back in to the app.

Hi there, I’ve been having problems with my Revolut. It wouldn’t recognize my PIN number so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it won’t let me log in at all. It keeps saying ‘error, please try again later’. I’m using iPhone 6.

I’m having the same problem. I get a 6 digit code to put in then am asked to put in my phone number to reset my passcode. That’s when I get the sorry please try later message. I’ve been getting this for about a week now with no access to my account. Can anyone help please

Hi there! Since yesterday, after I received 60 quid my revolut app says that I need to chat with somebody to get into my account and to prepare some payslips and bills and stuff. In the chat however I can’t seem to find anyone and just nothing happens. @anon33247966 can you please help me access my account because the time is hard and I need my money urgently. There are all the money that I have so it’s really confusing.
