I can’t get into the support page on the App and every time it finally connects, I get a message telling me that the system is really busy and they will help me within 6 hours. Then I receive a message at 5 AM giving me the support!, however, I’m sleeping (sorry for that) and then after 20 minutes, they cancel my help because I didn’t reply!
