Hi - despite me using the in-app support to warn Revolut that a ATM transaction was showing as ‘pending’ despite me turning down the exchange rate offer and not receiving the cash. Two days later no response from Revolut and the transaction now shows as complete and the money has gone from my balance.
I still cannot contact anyone. The number I have simply stops ringing after a minute or two (0203 322 8352) and the in-app system is ridiculous, leaving four hours between comments.
Can anyone give me a different number to call?
