Cannot claim the money sent to me by another user

A user sent me 50 EUR. I’ve got a link, I clicked it, I had to fill in my phone number, I received the code I put on the website, but instead of a successful message I’m getting this: https://cl.ly/333F2d0K2Y0h

My account has been verified. What’s going on?
