Cannot change my country details

Hi, I need to change my country from person details but the application does not let me. I contacted the support team but I am still waiting for an answer. Can you help to change the country and address? I registered my account with my Romanian address and number but I need to move to UK and I need to have the bank account with the UK address and to send the statement to my employer urgently. Please let me know what can I do.
