Cannot access my account on a new phone

I’ve recently had to change phones and reinstall revolut app - both of the phone numbers i have used with revolut prompt new account openings. I have a significant balance that i would like to access, please help

Hi Andreas, I got a new phone and downloaded the Revolut app but it won’t let me access my account. It is trying to make me setup a new account. I really just want to access my old account as there is money in it. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi, I am having the same issue, I have a new phone and Revolut has created a new account instead of allowing me to access my old one even though I have the same number and same email address
