Cancelling of Premium Subscription

Hi!

I just started my revolut account but want to cancel my premium subscription. Please let me know how I can do that?

Have you checked the FAQs? It is explained there. You need to tell support to cancel it for you.

Hi Frank,

FAQ tells me to get in touch with the live agent but they are never available. I dont want the 14 days to pass and my subscription to charge me. please help me out.

Just type “live agent”. I’m sure it won’t take them 14 days to get back to you.

Just post them that you want to cancel. No need to get involved in a a lengthy discussion. Relevant is that you informed them within the 14 days period.
