You could try contacting Rev through the app or Facebook or Twitter
Young write the support that you want them to cancel your premium subscription, like explained in the FAQs.

Same thing happened to me. It seems that their support bot Rita does not work very well. I am waiting for hours to speak to a live agent, while they had told me that it would take approximately 5 minutes.

Type “resolved” and wait rita to answer that the problem was resolved.
Then type “live agent” and explain your reason why you want to cancel the subscription.
If you ordered a premium card you might be charged for the delivery.
They’re gonna explain you and should be fat (I didn’t had any problem with the support so far… in waiting times )
