Cancelled Online Purchases

I purchased an item online and used the revolut card, Initially it was good however they sent me a mail of order cancellation as they cannot verify my billing information but revolut card has already deducted the payment. I don’t know what happened and will I get a refund of the money that has been deducted from my revolut card.

If the payment shows as Pending, it will be reverted within 7 days. If the payment shows as completed, please ask the merchant about processing times.

Hi @Juliopp, how will I know if its still pending? the statement says its paid out

The statement will always say that :wink:
Click on the transaction and on top it should either say Completed or Pending.
