hello everyone, I have ordered a Virtual card by mistake. I requested not to send it to me and until now 25 days past, I have not received it. How can I get £5 refund for delivery charge? How can I contact revolut team and request them to refund me?

You should be able to cancel this card in the app- in security section

Hi there. Tap Cards–>3 dots on the top right corner of the card and then you will see the option to remove it.

hi Jessica. Thank you for telling me about removing the Virtual card. If I removed it, would I get £5 back to my account. It was a wrong touched button and I did not want the card in the first place.

Hey Earth. You will not receive back the 5gbp unless Support agrees to refund it.
