Cancel premium accidental purchase

Hi, My son ordered premium while playing with my phone…my mistake I know letting him use my phone, but want to cancel ASAP as he did this last night. Any help? Rita offered options but wont process cancellation.

Did you contact a live agent? As far as I know as long as you haven’t used any benefits you can cancel and get a refund.
