I have to change my mobile and I downloaded the app and register a new account thinking I could just transfer it to that new mobile easily. I didn’t know I had to change the mobile on my profile on the old phone and now I am stuck. I need to get rid of the old phone and I need the new phone registered on my account but I cant, I guess, because the line is already on a new revolut account. could anyone assist to get that account cancelled please? It is urgent.
Suggest you try customer service via twitter and/or Facebook. The app customer service isn’t great at the moment. (Read the other posts!).
It is impossible to get in touch with them in any way… I have been trying over the last 3 days… I made a mistake and now I am screwed lol
