Can’t top up with big amount


Hi, I have a premium account with a limit of GBP 4K. I tried to top up with a higher amount which is now blocked on pending and I have no way to increase my limit (even when going on the verification and limit link, photo attached).

This is a significant amount of money, please look into it.
