Can’t top up due to mobile number



I recently (as of today) got my Revolut account and am trying to set up the account to get a card. However every time I try to top up it says that there is no mobile number in my AIB account but I know there is. Is there a way around this to top up? I’d really like to start using Revolut but it seems that there’s no way to contact customer service outside of the chat function to figure this issue out.
