I was contacted about a chargeback claim the other day. I have just asked what email address I need to send it to and have had no response in over 2 days.

Can you please let me know ASAP because I need this chargeback to go through before you close down the claim.

I would send everything via in-app chat. I would provide all documents and details there so that an agent can revise and solve your inquiry once picking it up without further questions.

It was a PDF which wouldn’t send.

I got a response from the chargeback team now :wink:
