I have been a Revolut customer for about 20mins and incredibly frustrated. Firstly I have been overcharged because the app took multiple payments when opening my account, and I now can’t order a card to the address provided on my account as it does not provide it as an option when I try to process the card order (despite accepting it in my account details…). Please can a real person employed by Revolut contact me ASAP to assist, thank you

You said you where overcharged, with how much over?
For new cards revolut may do a authorize charge which isnt really a charge just for trying if the card works.

Thats a normal procedure.

Did you finish youre indentity checks?

What you mean by its not possible to order a card?
