Bug with changing address and contacting support

Hey there, I recently made an online purchase with my Revolut card and sent the wrong billing address. I tried to change the address on my Revolut account but I ran into an error message “We’re sorry something has gone wrong”. I tried to contact the in-app support for this issue but I don’t think my messages are sending as there is an exclamation mark in a red circle next to the messages I’m trying to send.

Hey my problem was eventually resolved, I managed to contact support and they fixed the address for me
