In all honesty, this whole “crypto integration” thing with Revolut has been a complete failure since it’s inception - nothing related to crypto in this app has worked properly since it’s introduction & most things haven’t worked at all - exchange rates, graphs, updates…nothing. The only thing that does work is the ability to by/sell crypto within the app itself, but only if you’re prepared to get the worst rates on the entire market by a considerable margin & not “the best possible rates” as Revolut falsley advertise.
The worst thing is that Revolut simply don’t do anything about it. Weather they just don’t care about it, don’t know how to fix it or have no intention of fixing it I don’t know - but I do know that they have been ignoring any & all bug issues reported by customers relating to the non-functioning crypto features & have even lied about fixing it on their twitter feed to some customers:
Some of the issues were reported nearly a year ago - that’s diabolical.
