I’m currently in the US and I broke my phone. I download app onto another phone but card won’t link. Card is now being declined everywhere! I tried to use chat support but that seems a waste of time. Have I lost my money?
Hi! Unfortunately, chat is not online at the moment, the Sat-Sun schedule is 12pm - 6pm UKT. You shouldn’t worry about the money, you definitely didn’t lose them!
