Booked a ticket with an Airline, but need pre-authorisation code. Not on the statement.

Hi guys,

I booked a ticket with a travel agent using my Revolut card as it was a better conversion rate. However, I received an email from the travel agent saying that one of the security checks failed, and that they’ll be in contact shortly for me to provide a six-digit authorisation code. Normally, I would find these on my bank statement. In Revolut, there doesn’t appear to be a pre-authorisation code on the transaction that I can give them.

Is there anyway I can obtain this code before they contact me? I locked in a great fare from the flight.

Hey

It should appear when you tap the transaction to view more details. If one was provided, it should appear in the name of the charge.
