Blue R vs Black R - sending money

I want to send a contact some money. Support in the app said to make sure the contact has a blue “R” next to their name. This contact has a black “R”. What does this mean?

Your contacts who are Standard users have the “Blue R” next to them, while the Premium user have the"Black R" logo!
