Bloqueo de cuenta

Buenos días, me bloquea ron la cuenta, no se todavia el motivo.
Llevo varios días escribiendo atraves del soporte y no recibo respuesta

Escribiste en inglés? Hace cuánto ocurrió esto? Has probado a escribir “Live agent”?


@alvaro1’s account was blocked a few days ago and he didn’t receive an answer. I’m asking about what language he used in the chat and about what did he say.

Puede que tarden hasta 3 días en contestar, y hasta entonces el chat parecerá inactivo.


They might take up to 3 days to answer and the chat will look unresponsive meanwhile.
