Since 2 December 2016 I have been unable to use my card as I’m not resident in the EEA - I live in the Channel Islands.
8 months has now passed.
The last reply I received on this topic was:
"We are working on restoring our services worldwide! And this is happening.
We have already returned to CI residents, and Swiss as well. We aim to be available in the US toward the end of the year. We’re working hard on this and appreciate your patience!"
I asked for clarity re “We have already returned to CI residents” but have not received a reply.
What is the current position?
