Blocked for security reasons


Dear revolut,
My account was blocked because of security reasons. App asks me for 4 digits number and credit card scan that was used for top up.
I put the 4 digits number but then my mobile can’t scan the card, maybe my camera can’t focus. How can I prove that I’ve the card in another way? I can send you an e-mail with the card or stuff like that.

I’m traveling around Croatia and I was loving revolut experience but now my I’m disappointed because I rely on your services and I need to be able to with revolut normally as soon as possible.
