Both mine.and my husbands cards are blocked. Tried topping them up last night and although I was entering the correct details they both locked out. I have spoken to someone on the app but they have passed it to another team. I have been trying to resolve the issue since 8 o’clock last night. Can yourself me???
Happened to me as well. Please note, that you cannot topup two accounts with the same credit/debit card. There is a security mechanism preventing that. Just in case that’s what you did…
