Blocked Account - Unhelpful Customer Service


My account has been blocked for some reason - I’ve been using Revolut for 6 months and recently it was blocked for no reason. I had tried transferring money from a family member’s account but it crashed. I have verified all cards that have been used to transfer money but now customer support want a screen shot of this family member’s online banking details. I find this most unusual and very dodgy. She doesn’t use online banking as she is not tech savvy. I have received no help or alternatives, and have money on my card that is not accessible. And have requested a call, to which no one has responded.

What to do??

Maybe move to Monzo…
