Hi. I payed money to the revolut from two cards. Now i Have blocked account. I have to tell number of payment ‘revolut****’ from payment. I have that number but no one answer in support. Need help because i have blocked payment in Amazon.
Why is this huge delay in help desk support? I’m waiting for over 24h for chat support but no one is answering, and according to the offer for premium account should be 24/7 support…
They are too busy celebrating their “unicorn” status to be bothered with servicing customers.
