My account has been blocked and there is nothing i can do about it since the support function is not reachable.
So, i have just received my new Revolut credit card. To start using it i wanted to top up my account with my traditional bank card.
For safety reasons, i was asked to enter the 4 digits corresping to my last top up that i can find on my online banking traditional account.
That’s what i did but after i entered the correct code , my account has been blocked and since then it’s impossible to access to it and i can not get an answer from the support function.
Furthermore i have a balance of 10€ on my revolut account
If you could help me with that it would be great !
