My account is blocked and I’m getting no where with support and my monies are stuck in that account
How did that happen?
If you explain step by step your actions, i maybe able to provide help what let to this
I tried to use my account this morning and it is blocked I have messaged on support and have not got anywhere
I’ve had my account blocked this evening, which could be as a result of the transactions I attempted with Apple Pay top up and addition of a new card for top up.
I have not heard from support and i cant go beyond the support page on the app. verification have been done (at least that was the last action before the account was blocked. I feel stuck, which shouldn’t be, i could use some explaination from support on how to walk around this. Thanks
