Blocked account for a week now, in-app support no answer for days


My account was blocked because couldnt do the verification of card right. Ive given all of the security questions, and all of the bank statement of my last top ups but no answer from support :frowning:


@shanine I assume you have used the account before and this is an issue that has occurred recently.

After updating the app to version 4.3 or version 4.4 I had the same issue on my Android device. The solution was to completely remove the app and re-install OR to remove the app-specific cache and then re-open it.
